UK Graduate Route (PSW) Visa Explained: Working in the UK After Graduation

Unlocking Post-Study Career Opportunities in Britain

The Graduate Route (commonly known as PSW) enables international students who have successfully completed an undergraduate or master's degree in the UK to stay and work for at least two years with no minimum salary cap or employer sponsorship requirement.

Key Features of the Graduate Route

• 2 Years of Full Work Rights: Work in any sector, take up permanent or freelance roles, or start your own entrepreneurial venture.
• No Sponsorship Required: Employers do not need a Home Office sponsor licence to hire you during this period.
• Pathway to Skilled Worker Visa: Once you establish yourself with a company, you can seamlessly switch into the 5-year Skilled Worker visa route leading to permanent residency (ILR).
